With nearly 30 years as a licensed real estate broker, Penny has built her career on a foundation of education, knowledge-sharing, and exceptional customer service.

As the Director of Key Real Estate Academy, her passion lies in helping aspiring real estate agents gain the tools, confidence, and insight needed to thrive in this dynamic industry.

Final Exam Requirements

3. Submit fingerprints for a background check.

4. Apply for your license through the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
